User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI Live in the essex area and this has to be the worst McDonald's. I hate going to this location the staff has no type of customer service and management is even worse. The food is NEVER the way you order it and I think they should remodel the staff instead of the store.

poor food/poor service: This is the worst mcdonald's i have ever been to. every time i go there at night the food is old and stale and there is no customer service at all. i wouldn't recommend my dog eat there.

I cannot agree with you more, I dirve down to the location at Hawthorne and the staff there is great, I offered to hire the one lady in the drive-thru for my business.
