User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this bank!: We have been dealing with this bank since it opened. We had left two other banks in the area because they were so cool and distant and seemed to be disinterested in our concerns. The people at the Bank of America on Merritt Blvd. are very sincere in their greetings and make you feel like their only customer. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They can call us by name and know our usual day to visit. Because we are seniors, if we miss too many 'visits', they call us on the telephone to make sure we are well. Where else can you find people like that? Only here. We've had other banks calls us for our business, but we tell them we are perfectly happy with the one we have. Thank you.
