Dishonest dealership - attempted a bait & switch.

We were negotiating on a 2010 car via email and thought we had reached a good price with DARCARS Toyota (formerly Castle Toyota). As we were about to sign the final papers, we asked to look over the spec sheet (which we had never been given access to until that point) and found out that it was really a 2009 demo model with 7,000 miles on it. We ended up walking out. We are thankful that they did not earn our business. I would rather pay more at a more honest dealership.

Horrible experience with this dealer. Was all nice to deal with to begin, but as it got late I was rushed and told to hurry up and finish so they could leave. They had no idea what a Magnaflow exhaust was saying that my trade-in needed a new exhaust that it was loud?! After they could not find the spare key to the car they said they would mail it. I did receive it after calling 4 times, and it was a broken FOB. I had to take it to a real dealership to get it replaced. I had just paid off the truck I was trading in and was waiting on Title to be sent to me. The Arizona MVD took forever on it saying it was sent, but never arrived. So Castle said they would hold my tags and reg ransom till I got the title in. I finally got JAG to deal with them to get tags and reg. Will never use them again for anything, and make sure no one I know goes there.

the sales men give excellent customer service but if you buy a use car they will sell you a lemon and leave you on your own to get it fix. the sevice station will cover up any problem to get the car home but once you get home and have a problem you are on your own.
they will give you a free gas voucher when you purchase the car but you will use the gas up bringing the car back and forth to the service station. the sales person will treat you like a queen or king,even buy you lunch while you wait but after the purchase have been made then you get the boot and be treated like a step-child in cinderella stepmother's house.
