I wish I could give a -5 star rating! This is about the DOWNTOWN TERMINAL - BY THE STADIUMS!!! I am very disappointed in the service offered by this company. They say "first come first serve", that is not true - I witnessed the driver put people off the bus - after he had seated them - and they had tickets for that bus at that time, they had to wait another 3-4hrs for the next bus... I had seen those people waiting at the gate when I arrived at the terminal. The drivers were surley and threw the baggage like they were sanitation workers tossing trash. Buses are old and out of repair, and the drivers tailgate other cars like NASCAR drivers. I was traveling to Indiana from Delaware and I ended the trip in Baltimore... after the waiting and waiting and the drivers attitude - I left the terminal and called home for someone to come and get me. TRAUMA is all I can say to describe my experience at the downtown Baltimore terminal. The only saving grace was the police officer at the terminal. He made sure those of us who had been forced to wait for the next bus, got on the next bus. He also helped me when I decided to get off the bus... the driver had closed the door from the outside and I could not open it, I was having a panic attack at this point, he got someone to open the door and helped me get my luggage, which the driver threw off the bus. The driver also had the nerve to tell a lady who wanted to be on that bus and was alone, that there were no seats left - this is just after I got off. I told him that there was my seat left... the policeman was standing there and he knew that there was a vacant seat and I am sure he helped her get on the bus, I was not witness to that... I was running for a cab.
