| About: | The dining room of this Spanish restaurant is romantic, with dark wood paneling, an antique sideboard and candlelit tables. Owner Jose Guiterrez, better known as Chef Pepe and his partner Antonio Aybar have created a restaurant with Latin charm, where Tapas are the house specialty. Each small dish is prepared to perfection, from jumbo shrimp to little squares of Frittata.
