This Mcdonalds is the worst by far. I've gotten my order messed up almost everytime I go there. I completly gave up on the drive through window. Still no better inside. I've given up. Horrible Horrible service. The managers just don't care.
POOR SERVICE: on several different times, i've had service, not as desireable as you would like from a place of business where persons of all kinds, all places, men, woman and kids visit to dine, in / out.
1.On the evening of 08/30/06 I visited your store, located at 1000 Eastern blvd., Essexm Md. - Middle sex; I placed an order ( # 1 - Big Mac Meal ), on this day, I received a Big and Tasty meal....2.On the evening of 08/31/06, I visited your store, again ordering a #1 ( Big Mac meal ), on this day, I received a Double Quarter Pounder meal, not what I ordered... 3. On the evening of 09/01/06 I again visited your store, ( via drive thru ) and again, I ordered a # 1, this time i received a Big Mac meal ( parcial meal ) the sandwhich did not contain any meat, just bread and the fixings. On the 3rd. day, i was fed up, i spoke with the evening shift mgr., Ms. Brandy and informed her of these incidents, she contributed theses mishaps to people in training, hummmmm, please explain...
