I have been a very loyal customer for the past 8 years until. I had a bad experience with 4 sets of my work uniforms. This was the first time I had any problem with Gray Manor Cleaners so I bought it to their attention. They became argumentative with me and them selves passing the blame onto each other.( You took the order, well you did the bordering) The store started to look like a "Jerry Springer" show so I left and called and spoke with the owner, he stated his name was John. After telling him the story he said what do you want me to do about it. I replied fix what you all did worng. He then stated where is the uniforms now? I had told I have them with me. He then stated " bring them back but I will have to charge you to fix them". I told him no thanks I will go somewere else.
George is the Best !: I'm a new customer. But I'm so impressed. Other cleaners cant even understand English let alone answer any question logically. I've been going since November 2005 and I will still go although Patty is a little nutty.
The seamstress is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: I love this place. Everytime i go anywhere else my pants are either cut too short or not short enough. The seamstress, Toula, is great. She is very knowledgeable about any alterations you need done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you need alterations go to her. She's hard working and very nice. SHE"S THE BEST!!!!
