User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have left my name on the comment because I want the community to know that I currently rent with RMC, and never had any issues with them. Just be upfront with them, and they work with you as a tenant. I had ants and the bug man came out within two days of my phone call, and he called me to work with my work schedule too.

I have been renting from the RMC company for just a few months now, but they are really decent about resoving issues quickly. The maintenance workers drive around and clean up trash in the neighborhood on a daily basis, and on the 2 times I had problems ( leaky faucet and loud neighbors), the ladies in the office made sure the problems were fixed within a day or so, and they also kept my identity private, that way my loud neighbors didn't think it was me ( and now they are quiet!). I appreciate that, i like my neighbors and didn't want to be on bad terms with them! I hope to continue to renting from them, because they are also the most reasonable rent wise 2! I don't have to live home eith my mom and dad anymore!

you know very well that you are lying and that you are an employee. anyone that has rented with this company know that you are slumlords and a friend to roaches and rats. it is time that people know that this company does not care about their tenants. you are so ghetto minded and will only do business where you can take advantage of people and treat them badly. -

I have been renting from this company for about a year now i really like renting from them when i do happen to have a problem weather it is an emergency or not someone is always right out to fix it. i also like the fact that everyone there are always so nice especially since i have always been the type of person who really never felt comfortable around anyone i dont know. I cant figure out why anyone would say that his places are rat infested because i can say from living here i have never seen any rats in or around my place and so inconclusion I would have to say that I am very pleased with everything about there places and the people that work there

again an employeee. you know that your maintenace is horrible and that you don't care about people. if anyone picks up a list of your properties available they will see that they are all in low income areas and that you specialize in taking advantage of people. most of your properties are not your you maintenace them for other people until they are sold or rented. so you really don;t care whether or not people are treated well. you are SLUMLORDS TO THE FULLEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KRYSTAL I HAD 2 SMALL KIDS LIVING WITH ME AT THE TIME AND THEY TOTALLY DEREPECTED ME BY COMING TO MY HOUSE EARLY WITHOUT NOTICE TO SHOW THEIR HOUSE OFF TO BUYERS.THET IS SO DIRESPECTFUL!ALSO THINK ABOUT THE ILLNESSES ASSOCIATED WITH RODENT AND ROACHE INFESTATION AND AS THE TENAT LULYN SAID THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER SENDING OUT A MAINTENACE GUY ON TIME AND JUST DO A LITTLE TO SOLVE A BIG ROACH AND RODENT PROBLEM. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY AND I DON'T RECCOMEND ANYONE RENT FROM THEM NO!!!!!!!!
