    Big chains usually are the worst. I never get pizza here. I'm an A1 or Sorrentos kinda guy!

    This is the worst papa johns I have ever dealt with. Twice they have not brought pizza I ordered. Once they claimed to have come and I never left my door. Then they hung up on me when I called to fnd out where my pizza was for the third time in two hours. Another time I called, was told 45 -55 minutes and got my pizza in an hour and a half. I love papa johns....but not the one in Arbutus. It is hands down the worst Papa Johns I have ever dealt with.
