The new center is better than the previous location down the road. It appears that they have been able to increase their volume for repairs/service. Still, I feel customer service could be better, and I think their "diagnostic fee" is overpriced. I also have to wonder about some of the clientele...a lot of people that seem to buy/service their BMWs there do not look like they should be driving luxury vehicles unless they are in some kind of shady business.

Kudos for effort, but this dealership tends to draw clientele from what seems to be Baltimore's drug scene!

Interesting that I previously read a similar comment, but it appears to have been deleted or "censored" because I don't see it here anymore.

LOUSY, Lousy workmanship please go to your local shell station before falling to the appeal of the bright lights and chrome at this dealership I have spent almost $7000 dollars fixing reacurring problems on my BMW that was the fault of the Russel Mechanics and now i am finding missing bolts, coverings not replaced under the car, vents not secured allowing engine fumes to enter the car and worst of all new sounds from the engine that did not exist before going in for service, this was definitely the worst experience i have had with a dealership in 20 years, I will start a never ending blog to spread my news on all the BMW sites, the poor workmanship and total disreguard for the customer is truely apauling
