User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI JUST MOVED TO THE MIDDLE RIVER AREA. THE LOCK FOT THE MAILBOX FOR THE HOUSE I LIVE IN HASN'T BEEN CHANGED YET. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT. THEY ARE PUTTING MY MAIL IN A MAILBOX I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO. BECAUSE IT STILL BELONGS TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER. I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE TO PICK UP ANY MAIL I MAY HAVE HAD, I INFORMED ME THAT NO MAIL IS BEING HELD FOR MY ADDRESS. SO I THEN CONTINUED TO REQUEST THAT THEY HAVE THE COURIER KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND HAND DELIVER MY MAIL TO MY RESIDENCE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HAVEN'T SEEN MY MAIL YET. MY FIANCE AND I ARE EXPECTING CHECKS IN THE MAIL . TODAY IS 9/27/07. WE MOVED IN 9/15/07. PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!: I have had several issues in the last 6 mos. of my mail being sent back to the senders. I have spoken to the manager of the branch, David Coward, several times and he has insisted there isn't a problem. After receiving 2 proof documents that this issue remains, he refused to talk to me when I called.
