My laptop had a crack in the adapter jack, and they said the part would cost $75. When I came back to pick it up, I was told that the jack was replaced with a new one and I was charged a total of $184 for the service. After I got home and looked at it, the crack was still there and it looked like they just stuck a piece of cardboard in there to keep the adapter plug in place. That place is a big rip-off for its service. If they were going to just stick cardboard in there, at least they could have been honest and not charged me for a new computer part that I didn't even get.
