Recently had appitizers at Aqua, and have to say, I was very disappointed. $40 for 2 appitizers, a glass of wine and a glass of ice tea. The shrimp cocktail was not that great, and for the cost had few shrinp. Also got the Ahi tuna appitizer. Good, but again, small for the cost, even for an app.
Wow! What a hot weekend. We stumbled in to get out of the heat.Didn,t want to leave. We sampled a bunch of small plates, our group agreed the crab cake trio took the cake. Second up was the norwegian with avacado. Just a sandwich yet great piled high with fresh sliced smoked turkey and avacado. Can't wait to get everyone together again for dinner.
We drove to Annapolis from our home in Alexandria, VA this past weekend for a little touring and lunch. We came upon Aqua Terra while browsing shops along Main Street. On the outside it seemed like a nice place to have lunch, not too many restaurants open for lunch on Saturday. After reading the previous reviews I am wondering if this establishment specializes more on their dinner menu than their lunch fare. The food was adequate and way over priced. Just two of us and our bill came to almost $32.00! No alcohol, just two sandwiches, an appetizer and a soft drinks. $8.50 for a grilled cheese sandwich that looked as if a 10 year old made it. Keep on walkin' by Aqua Terra if you're hungry for lunch!
