    First time eating at Bertucci's and was not impressed. Greeted well by the hostess but waitress was not enthusiastic or thanked us for dining at Bertucci's upon departure. Just put the bill on the table and left without a word. Although the place was clean give or take a few flies I had to squat away, the pizzas we ordered were not good whatsoever. They were bland with hardly any cheese on them, and we ordered quite a few. As a matter of fact this is the worst pizza I've ever eaten, everyone at our table agreed. Will not dine here again.

    No complaints: This restaurant is a nice place to eat and have fun while you eat. It is clean and the wait is no longer than any other busy restaurant (15 minutes at the most). The mussels are the best ever! The pizza is to die for and the service is great. No complaints from me.
