I can see why there are so many bad reviews. Didn't even make it into the dealership because of such bad customer service, via telephone and email. When I first contacted the dealership and spoke with a salesman, I asked what he knew about the vehicle and he responded "not much." Definitely not the right answer, I can understand if they have a lot of cars, but put me on hold and pull it up on the computer at least. Then when I started talking about what I knew about the car he miraculously remembered. After I called again, they raised the price of the car. So I gave up. A week later, they lowered the price down again and I called asking what the exact price was and if there were any conditions to it (ie Ford Financing). The salesman seemed agigated and kept insisting to get me the info and have the manager call me back. I told him to put me on hold and get the info, but he refused. Why would I want to speak with a manager when his salesman can't even answer a basic direct question. If you are direct like me and don't like to have your time wasted with back and forth saleman tactics, don't bother.

Couldn't agree more. JUNK! We had a great sales guy, but he too "messed up" the price by a thousand dollars in our favor. We had the check cut and written out to them ready to roll. Could you believe the jerk who was the sales manager, big old slim bucket said we had to come up with an extra grand if we wanted the car at the "off lot" price. After discussing it we decided to walk away. Before we were out the door, the salesman stopped us and said he'd see what he could do. 10 minutes later, we were given an extra grand on the trade-in and we drove off in our car never to return again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DEALERSHIP!!! We got lucky!

They advertise cars that they have sold at a lower price to get you to call them. They also advertise them not including the inspection fee or recon fees!!! I would avoid them
