Jeff's Body Shop is one of the top shops in Annapolis, peoples views of the shop can change, but looking at the lot you can tell that despite what people may think or say about it, the lot is always full.You can take your vehicle to any shop and have it done in no time, but at the same time are the quality of the repairs up to par? Yes Jeff's Body Shop does take some time to fix a vehicle, but keep in mind that if your vehicle is at $10,000 to 16,000 job you are not going to have it back in two weeks. Now if a shop is promising you this they dont have any other vehicles to work on. I have not heard of anyone saying there car was not quality when it left Jeff's Body Shop.

While I'm not sure who or what the other posters are referring too, I received nothing but outstanding service & quality. I received my vehicle back not only when promised, but also with great quality work. Nikki went out of her way to make sure I was kept in the loop with updates, and aside from the insurance company being a little slow (USAA), I think they did a fine job. All panels lined up, the color match right, and nothing was left loose. I will use them again if I have to but hopefully I won't, I don't feel like getting involved in another accident!

Wary doesn't even come close just don't go unless you can be without a car for months - we too have had date changes daily - and are still waiting and the excuses are always someones elses fault for it not being done not theres - and knowingly they were never going to be done in a reasonable time they have you sign a form that they take NO responsibiliy if it take longer then any reasonable god given amount of time for them to fix or repair your car.
