User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBy far the worst experience I have ever had...and that is saying a lot. I ordered online for delivery to be told that I would have to come pick my order up and still got the delivery charge on the bill. Then after I get home with my order, I find that half my order was missing!!! I call in and make the complaint and was told it would be sent out to me later today....four hours later I still don't have it. I called back in and was told that if I could stop in tomorrow that I could have my missing order for free (I have already paid for it once and not gotten it, so why would you charge me again). Then to add insult to an already bad experience they were only going to take 3 dollars off my bill for the missing items and the delivery charge that I was charged. I only choose this place since it had delivery but I see that I made a HUGE mistake, I will be sending my business elsewhere from now on. What little I did have of my order was good, but its not worth the headache to have to go thru for this meal. And I should also mention that this wasn't due to the place being packed either, when I went there with my roommate to pick up our lunch the place was EMPTY.

I went there a good deal when I lived in Baltimore, and look forward to my return! I found the people, the atmoshpere, and the food first-rate - had a pleasant and quality experience each time. And Yes, I'd take my parents there...
