For 25 years Koons has been my go-to dealership for ford cars and trucks and lincoln suv's. I bought an explorer from my brother in law and took it to them for md state inspection. wow. told me i needed wipers - i just put them on 2 days before getting inspected. then they said oops, meant just rear wiper. that is not required for a state insp!!! they wanted me to pay a total of $1,100 for stuff i didn't need. I went to svc director miller and he got mad at me! then gen'l mgr Dennis Koulatsos was very professional (whew) but really offered no remedy. i fixed all for $18 and went to another inspection station and got sticker there right away. imagine if i weren't a regular customer! I will never, ever return to a Koons Ford dealership. Terrible customer appreciation and angry middle management. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING.
