We were overwhelmed by the waiter (who would have prefered to be our very best friend rather than just be a waiter)& underwhelmed by the food which we should have sent back!!!
They charged $1.00 for tap water & charged $2.50 for bread !!!!
As we say "WE HAVE BEEN THEIR TWICE FIRST TIME & LAST TIME.-

Amazing food. Great cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Jean Louis the owner is friendly, caring, and appreciative. Me and my boyfriend had our first date there and decided to go back on our 1 year. Cafe Normandie is in my top 5 for sure.
