User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi went to this location and tried to order a 2 piece meal and was asked what side orders i wanted,i asked what side orders were and was told they were on the order board and i explained to the cashier that they were not there and was told i need to look closer. i told the cashier they weren't there and to come out and look and then she got rude and i drove away. what is wrong with people these days. steve lessner parkville

Poor Customer Service: Went to this KFC drive thru and ordered chicken. We had a question about side orders special because we thought we saw a sign on the ad outside the store. The cashier was extremely rude and stormed out of the back door to check the sign, made her comment rudely and slammed the door. We ask for the manager, and she said she was the manager. We asked for the store number, and when she gave it to us, she had taken off her name tag. She wrote her name as Ebony McFadden and wrote Pat Brooks above that, so I'm not sure what her name really is. When we asked her why she was so rude, she said that we "cursed" at her. My husband is a reverend at a local church and we can assure you that would never happen. This is the 2nd time I've gotten bad customer service from this KFC, shame on me, and will NOT be going there again.

It is a sad sad world. I must agree with you, I am not sure where KFC on Joppa Rd get their employees. I can't decide who is worse...KFC or the Subway at White Marsh Mall !!!!!
