User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBig Fat Daddy's used to be located on Route 40 in Rosedale, and known for their pit beef and bbq making the New York Times and Saveur Magazine in the late 90's early 2000's. Though no longer affiliated with that pit beef stand, they continue to have their home offices based in Rosedale and so we used them for a catering job at our church. They offered us large portions at affordable prices and I was shocked that we talked and dealt directly with the owner Wayne Schafer. We have tried to use them a few other times but they are always booked up far in advance. They are great people to deal with and have the best bbq I've ever tasted. Texas BBQ they call it. YUM
