I just had the worst experience that any paying customer could even dream of having at the McDonald's on Perring Pkwy. in Baltimore, Maryland. My sister and I went through the driveway and when the lady asked, "can she help us?" my sister asked her, "if they were serving lunch yet?" The lady then replied and quite rudely, "Is it 11:00 Yet?" This behavior was very unprofessional and not necessary as my sister is 60 years old. When I went into the store to complain this lady was at the front counter laughing instead of at the back window where she was when we came through the drive-through. Neither my sister or myself felt comfortable enough at the time to even place an order after such treatment. The manager that was there did say that the employees performance was not called for and that she would speak with her about it. I'm quite sure that McDonald's does not want their customers treated in that fashion. Thank you and I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously.
