User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst shopping experience-the worse shopping experience I have ever had. IN SHORT- THE STORE IS A MESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR (INCLUDING THE OWNER). THE BUISSNESS PRACTICES WERE UNETHICAL. I will never go back there again.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought a Pirate Hat for the Blackbeard Pirate Festival I attended in Hampton, Virigia. The Lady who waited on me was more than helpful, kind and very friendly. She helped me find the Pirate Hat that I was looking for after looking through I don't remember how many. The price was very good for the hat that I had bought. I would recommend the store to my friends and would shop there again in the future. Thank You!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA Step Up: They answered promptly when I called. I wear a size 12 womens shoe and they had a variety of ballroom dance shoes ranging in price to fit anyone's budget. The women were very helpful and courteous.
