I am a mom of two children who have never been out of my care. I recently started to look for places to send my children for them to be able to get interaction with other children. I thought that stopping in would give me a clear view of the facility verses making an appointment and the facility being able to present something of a different product to me. After stopping in on this facility I very quickly thought âthis is not the place for my children.â The smell in the building made me think that the facility was either an old veterinarians office or pet store. Upon my arrival there was a young lady sitting in the front office who was doing some type of paperwork, as she exited the office and I was waiting for the receptionist to get off the phone, I smiled at her and my children waved and said hi. This young lady did not even acknowledge us. At this time I kept trying to convince myself that I should at least take the tour so my time would not be completely wasted... as I was still waiting for the receptionist to get off the phone (it sounded like she was setting up appointments for the children so I completely understood and was patiently waiting for someone to give me tour, as she put her phone call on hold and told me someone would be right with me.) I noticed it was nap time so the whole facility dark and quite. The âteachersâ probably did not realize that there was a visitor up from. As I heard some of the conversation, I knew that this was not the place for my children. The receptionist was still on the phone and I witnessed a âteacherâ be inappropriately rude to a small child. At this point I wanted to take this child and ask him what his parents phone number was so that I could tell them what I witnessed. I was so upset, I said nothing and left. I ended up dropping in on another facility a few miles away and even thought it is a little more expensive it is worth it knowing that my children will be with qualified individuals, who enjoy their jobs.
My child attended Tiny Bubbles and at the beginning I was pleased, however this soon changed. Most of the staff there have been there for quite a while and are great with kids, however the center has a very high turnover rate, which is probaly due to the imcompetent owner. my biggest complaint is the lack of professionalism and courtesy that the owner has for the parents, students and her staff. She also always has lipstick on her teeth. Her children attend the center and genrally receive more personal attention than any of the other children. This center is only surviving because of the few dedicated staff that she has.
Overall I would say it was a good experiance. My children learned a lot and had fun. The teachers they had were awesome. They cared about my kids so much. I think that is why I have good feelings about the center. The owner can be a bit harsh at times and seemed to love the spotlight at graduation a little too much. It was a very expensive place and for that price I would have liked it to be cleaner that is for sure! Overall an ok place...

Thank you for your comment. I was considering enrolling my 2 year old there and now am strongly considering going elsewhere. May I ask what other place down the road you went with? I need to find a place in the same area as Tiny Bubbles. Thanks.
i went to the Goddard School. it is excllent and my children WANT to go every morning.... I would recomend to anyone
I would agree! I went for a tour on August 14,2008, the smell was horrible. They were running a special practically given care away. I can understand why. Anyone who is thinking about taking their child there, think again! It is awful!
My child spent some time at Tiny Bubbles. We had our ups and downs with the place, mostly due to lack of communication. Tiny Bubbles has recently closed due to low enrollment, I guess parents must have been reading these posts. We wish the staff at Tiny Bubbles the best of luck, but we don't really have too many nice things to say about their owner/director.
