Biggest Breakfast I've ever had: WOW! this place rocks.
Great food, great location.
Very unique, but cramped environment.
The small seating area was immediately negated by the best breakfast I had in my life. Crab and vegetable omelette is probably the coolest thing I have ever eaten. topped that off with a Chick and Ruth's banana split. That is some breakfast?!
Bad Food and Attitude = Bad Mood: I have friends that are nuts about this place because of the cheap yet large milkshakes. I heard alot about it, like it is one of Annapolis's most famous resturaunts. So, I tried it out the first time.
The food was very sub-par (despite the numerous signs on the wall of famous people who have allegedly eaten there), the staff started out nice but got very rude towards the end. I was also stunned to find out a resturaunt in a hot tourist area was cash only. The cashier was very rude in pointing this out, and if there's a sign indicating this, it's not very visible.
I've been there twice more since, and both times I left absolutly livid at the unprofessional demenor and sheer obnoxiousness of the staff. Third time's the charm and all i've got left to say is "never again!"
Awesome!: Great friendly service and a relaxing and historic environment. Good food and entertainment (Teddy and staff). I suggest the spanish omelet with ham.
