User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOnce you have been to Deutschland and tasted the sausages from north to south, east to west, you become hooked! There is only one sausagemaker I know of in the USA that makes authentic German sausages and that is Binkert. The knocks, the brats, weisewursts will take you right back to Germany. The garlic baloney is the best around! If I didn't have Binkert, I'd move to Germany! Honest!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is great, Having been born of Austrian mother and a West virgina hillbilly Ive seen a lot of german markets and these folks are real as they come and there meats are mouth watering, if you dont stop shame on you its in your back yard and truly moderate prices, just remebeber when they are open and closed it will frustrate you when they are closed.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGerman Flavor full force: The feeling of being at home starts at the parking lot. Packed with VW and a diesel Mercedes, it was heart melting to enter this tiny shop. Friendly people willing to lend a hand help with your shopping. The bacon is very meaty. Perfect. Ground pork is extremely flavourfull. The dry sausages hang from behind the counter luring you to a trip to mouth watering exctacy. This tiny little shop has lot to offer for the palate, beef or pork, your answer are here. Moderate prices, a great one-stop german shop!
