User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI wish there was a half star rating to give or none at all but Sailing Emporium may be the worst run business I have ever seen. I have witnessed workmen damage boats I knew the owners of and were never told and when they complained they were asked to prove how the workers damaged their boat. Have also witnessed some very shady billing, where it was stated so many hours of maintenance were performed when other boat owners watching say it was more like half. The approach to Rock hall is filled with dangers and very shallow waters, while the harbor is always changing with sandbar locations. I recommend going to a marina with better customer service and dealings Like Toll Chester, Great Oak, or somewhere close if you have to be in this area.
