User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFour of us arrived for lunch without reservations. The place was empty except 2 tables. We were told we could not be served without reservations. At first we thought it was a joke and we all laughed but they were serious. They would not serve us without reservations. They turned us away and instructed us to call next time ahead of time to make lunch reservations. We promptly told them there would be "NO NEXT TIME"!

At a recent meal there with friends, we found the food to be outstanding and the service was good. However our server's attitude was haughty. She made all of us feel as if she and the chef were the guests and our job was to do as they wanted and pay the bill. She also interruped our conversations several times. Good food is plentiful as is good service. Julia's needs to become more guest oriented. I won't go back.

Julia's is consistanly the BEST food on the Eastern Shore. Chef/Owner David changes menu seasonally and his creative dishes are always top-notch. Lunch is a real treat and should not be overlooked. I have recommended Julia's to everyone I know and always get back great reviews.
