My family and I ate here last year to celebrate my brothers birthday. Everything was wonderful and I'm not just saying that because I work there. I have tried a lot of the foods we have on the menu and it's very impressive. There aren't many places in our area that are quite as fancy. If you have a special evening to celebrate, this is the place to be.
Simply Outstanding: I had heard very, very good things about Au Petit Paris from both friends and co-workers for several years, but didn't have the occasion to visit until this past weekend.
My wife and I were immediately charmed by the French murals on the walkway leading in to the restaurant, and remained very impressed through dessert.
The service was world-class - the wait staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, pleasant, and attentive.
Dishes were cleared in real-time; water glasses never emptied.
Food was was second to none. My wife had a special dish called (in English) 'Fruit of the Sea' - which was a very tasty combination of scallops, shrimp, and crabmeat in a Mornay sauce.
I had the lamb served medium rare, which was cooked to perfection.
For dessert, we had Bananas Foster (expertly prepared table-side) which was second to none.
We both commented that our meals were some of the best we've ever had (anywhere).
We are not regular visitors to Frostburg (it's a 3+ hour drive from our home); we will, however, make a special trip to Au Petit Paris this fall to celebrate our anniversary.
I can't say enough positive things.
