Artistic Dance Center

Artistic dance centre is such a great place; I have meet so many people who just love it there. The teachers are great and they really care about all the students and they treat all of them equally, which is such a great quality coming from a bigger studio. Artistic Dance Centre is very family orientated, and with Lauren Waters (now director) in the simplest words she is just great! Her positive respected attitude insures everyone in learning good technique and having a great. The time and dedication that she gives the studio is just incredible and you can really see her passion for dance with all the moves she makes. I would recommend Artistic Dance Centre to anyone who just loves to dance and who wants to be somewhere that’s family orientated. I can’t imagine another studio that could be as great as ADC.

I have to disagree. The teachers and staff at ADC are very aganist to any outside opinions. The teachers show favortism and often hold gruges aganist anyone who isn't willing to do it exactly their way. I honestly believe that it was once an excellent studio when Tom Waters was in charge. But ever since Lauren Waters took over in 2005 it has gone down hill. The teachers participate in the students "drama" and aren't positive role models for our kids. The studio is very small with not alot of room for anyone. It's an okay studio but don't bother when there are so many other higher quality and more mature studio is the area. I mean no ones perfect but the issues at that studio were just too consistant for me and my family. It's really ashame too because when Tom was teaching it was a top studio. The petty and nasty, mean behavior by the teachers, some other parents, and staff just isn't a positive enviroment I would want to put my kid in.

VERY GOOD!: I would recommend anyone to Artistic Dance Center, with the outcomes of the famous Tom Waters teaching his best on to the next generations. Importance in techique is great, many great oppurtunies with Reginals and Nationals Competetions. Local performace opps. Great teachers! Nathan Waters is full of energy and Lauren Waters is very positive yet remains a strong in command pushy teacher. Kamilah Brown execllents in working with the "babies". Kerry S. very experienced dancer. Great fun time, family oriented, very supportive of all dancers, many success stories!
