This is the worst bk that i have ever been too. When we got there there was a new girl training she messed up everyones order. We stood in line for 15 mins gets to get waited on. Then she walked away from the counter when we finally got up there. (there was only 3 people in front of us). She messed up our order. When we finally got our food 10 mins later it was cold they forgot my sons fork for his meal and didn't give us zesty sauce which we asked for a couple of times. Not only did they mess up orders they messed up one ladies order 3 differnet times because the girl rang in her order completely wrong. I will never go back there ever again it was ridicilous.

Went in this morning and ordered a #6. Sausage, egg, and cheese sourdough sandwich. The girl asked me specifically if I wanted sausage. I told her yes. She placed the order for bacon. When I told the manager, she threw her hands up in the air and walked away from me. One of the other workers told the girl making the food of the mistake and then told me I would have to wait a few more minutes before they made more eggs. I told them to give me a refund. The girl who went with me ordered cinni mini's and a small hashbrown. She had to ask the girl who took our order for her order, which was sitting in front of the hashbrowns. The girl gave her the bag without the hashbrowns and then the girl got mad when my friend asked for her hashbrowns. The one worker made a comment to the manager (the one who had thrown her hands up and walked away) that she could not believe that people acted like we did. We told her that we could not believe they ran a business like that. The manager did not refund me, the worker had to. Then when we got to work, there was plastic in my friend's cinni minis!!!!! That is disgusting!
