User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars4 Star has great customer service. I have a daughter on team and a daughter in classes. The refund policy on classes is great... which is what brought me to 4 Star out of the Martinsburg area. It is also nice to have something to do (work out) while my girls are practicing.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFirst of all I would like to say that the only reason they even get 2 stars is because they ARE very friendly, patient and kind towards the little ones, HOWEVER little to no skill is tought to the younger gymnasts. They play most of the time.My daughter learned all she knows now from cheerleading... not her gymnastic classes. I know this because they never did these skills in her group. I attended every practice and even though my daughter loved it and had fun I'm not paying $xxx's for her to just play. I believe children do learn by play...I just expect some sort of skill to come out of this as well and she got none from this gym.

My daughter is a Level 5 gymnast at 4 Star so I do not find this review very credible. My daughter is one of the top gymnasts in the State and 4 Star has taught her confidence as well as gymnastics skills. I think that if the kids are happy, the parents should be happy! Miss reviewer, if your daughter was loving it then she should have stuck with it!
