User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is definitely the best Chinese restaurant that my husband and I have found in our area. Yes, it is a buffet and we are not big fans, esp. of the larger buffets, but this one is awesome. Is smaller in size so the food is always fresh because they refill often. The waitstaff is very friendly and it is a joy eating there. Also, the prices are very reasonable. We used to find coupons but have not seen any lately perhaps because of the economy. Anyway, it is definitely value and even includes dessert...yummy donuts and serve yourself ice cream. A MUST try!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsSo far I have only tried the General Tso's chicken and shrimp fried rice from here and it was GREAT! Everything was freshly made and the customer service was great. She was very polite and gave me accurate time of when my food would be ready.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood Enough: China Wok may be smaller than other Chinese buffets in Frederick, and the selection may be slightly smaller, but the customer service cannot be beat. Because it is smaller, it is often more peaceful and less crowded. They also offer free delivery. My children think China Wok is better than McDonald's. The staff often remembers repeat customers, not only in person, but also on the phone. One time, my son left his brand new digicam in the bathroom. He had set it down to wash his hands, and left without it. China Wok employees remembered it was his, and called me to pick it up (I am also a repeat delivery customer.) You just cannot put a price on good customer service, but China Wok recently lowered their prices also, making it more affordable for me to take my entire family there for lunch!
