User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best buying experience I have had!: After shopping for prices online for many weeks I finally bought my car from Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, MD. Their prices were competitive and the service far exceeded what I could have expected. I will recommend Younger Toyota to everyone.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsStay away from Younger: After searching lot inventory for a specific vehicle I was searching for, I went to Younger and requested a price for the vehicle, which the salesman claimed "I don't know" and kept offering a test drive. I was hesitant but took the test drive and then went to discuss price. During the "negotiation" which was completely one-side for Younger, they advised me the price of this used vehicle, and it turned out to be more than the same model new. They also refused to give me my keys, claiming we weren't finished (this was after I advised them I did not want to go through with such a bad deal). I finally had to force my keys from the salesman hand and leave.
Now I know why they call it Younger--they're ignorant, immature, and nonexperienced.
