Unhappy with DarCars: I purchased a Mercedes from your dealership. The car has left me sitting three times. The latest, the car had to be towed away. The oil light constantly comes on. I traded a perfectly reliable car in for this...and I'm not at all happy. I have asked for Mr. Steve Farley to call me..and have yet to hear from him. I don't even know when I'm getting this car back..could be more time...This is not what I expected and I am extremely dissappointed in this dealership for lack of attention to this matter. So far, this car has been unusable 20% of the time that I have owned it...this is unacceptable. Honestly...I want my old car back and you can have the one sold to me...
