User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHORRIBLE: The entire experiance that I have had with Hagerstown Honda was horrible. Two months after I bought my car I got pulled over for speeding, the officer impounded my car b/c the dealership failed to register my car with DMV. So when the officer went to run my VIN # in DMV records there wasnt any! DMV never recieved anything about my car!! So I was accused of committing Grand Theft Auto just b/c they didnt do their job! And that was just the beginning. Needless to say I will never go to or refer anyone to Hagerstown Honda.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsget place to buy your new car: can't say we had any problems with our experience. We shopped all over before buying a great car from a wonderful sales man TRACEY PIPER, he walked us through the whole experience. Told us not to but if it did not fit our needs because we would be stuck with a car payment on something we did not like. He was patient with us we must of test drove 15 cars and 3 suv and 2 vans. we ened up with the Kia Optima ex v6 in silver, what a dream ride. We have had the toltal Kia experience thier service department is great too. we always go back to get the oil changed when needed. Thier the best on service. this place is A+
