User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPoor quality, and expensive: I dropped off a pair of shoes and a purse. When I picked them up, the problem with the shoes (a plastic insert at the heel) was still there and making the same noise it did before. The purse looked horrible - the sewn in area was uneven, and the thread had shrayed. It looked worse than when I dropped it off. The quality is very poor, and far from professional.
