    Very poorly run - the drive-thru takes FOREVER, so I decided recently to try going inside. Not much better on the inside. Just make sure you check your order THOROUGHLY before leaving the store. They always, always, always forget something.

    Poorly managed, poorly staffed. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes! Totally unacceptable service!

    Poor Service/Poorly Managed: This restaurant always seems to be out of something when you go in. The service is extremely poor as well.
