User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsApparently certain previous reviewers think that an entire store's reputation has to do with their return policy. This store was rated #1 in the NATION back in 2000. I can't say it's that great but it's certainly a newer, modern and fairly well-managed Walmart. We've had our various issues with the store over the years-- they've never corrected the problem with the coffee bean grinder in 5+ years, for instance. But overall it has tons of parking, an Auto Repair shop (which is now rare to find at a Walmart) and plenty of isle space. It's also 24 hour and a SuperWalmart. We're fortunate to have it in our area.
Hopefully the previous reviewer becomes aware of the current proactive movement by government agencies to police up defammation, slander and libel posted on the internet (such as against a person named Becky at this Walmart).
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnfair, unposted, secret return policy: I had my receipt, dated within 90 days like big store sign says, had new/in box merchandise and was refused a refund/return or store credit.
Secret return policy is "holiday merchandise had to be returned by 1/1/06 even though there is no sign posted saying that.
Store manager:Becky says thats the policy even though customers have no way of knowing this. Don't shop there.
