User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDon't miss the Shamrock! You can make a memory with a loved one at this delightful place. The service is wonderful. I LOVE the coffee. Frankly, you know you shouldn't expect fastfood prices at such places. You are getting high-quality seafood, desserts, coffee, etc.I don't think the salad bar is something to capitalize on, but then again, the breads are available with it and they look great. DON'T RUSH while there!Decorations. music, service, and total experience is so great- gracious,dignified, charming, all of the above. etc.Everything I've had there over many stops was delicious. The extra cost was worth the lovely times we've had there.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAuthentic Irish fare served with a smile. Best Irish food west of Dublin. Highly recommend the Lamb Shank with a cold Smithwicks. The homemade breads are some of the best around. Enjoy this "jem" on Rte. 15.

5 stars all around: It was an absolute pleasure to dine in such a wonderful smaller family owned restaurant. Don't let "family owned" turn you away. The Fitzgerald family has done an outstanding job of creating the right mixture of ambiance and great food. The service is excellent and the food is out of this world. You wont find fresh seafood like this anywhere on the coast, and as for steaks. The certified black angus prime rib melts in your mouth. I seriously recommend the Delmonico for any steak lover. As you can see I frequent the establishment often and have tried their various fare. As an Irishman myself, I highly recommend The Shamrock to all.
