Farmers Bank of Willards

I have banked with many different banks through the years. The Farmers Bank of Willards is the quintessential small town bank that remembers that concept. Personable staff and management, who are consistent in their employment adds a big plus.
Most of all, they were responsive to my need a few years ago to obtain a loan. They worked to accommodate my financial needs and figured out how to make it work. This in spite of the fact that they were not, then, my bank. My bank turned me down for this same loan. Needless to say, I switched to Farmers as soon as I could after their wonderful assistance. Also, when during the length of the loan, I had hard times, they agreed to let me skip 2 different payments, paying interest only, to again help me extraordinarily. Very impressive.
The only down side is their limited number of branches, but I stay with them due to their overall superiority compared to other banks who have forgotten who their customers are, and how to keep them. This loan is paid off and I continue to stick with them; that's how you attract customer loyalty, as the officers at Willards know evidently.
