They came out fairly quickly. They were affordable. They were generally nice and courteous.

I was surprised to see the tree-trimmer stomping on a branch to sever it, rather than trimming a proper angle for the health of the tree.

One of the trees they trimmed for us died (a 100+ foot giant which is now going to have to be removed), Frankly, I do not know the cause. It is probably only coincidence, as many seemingly healthy trees seem to be dying this past year in our neighborhood, so I do not want to assume it was due to their trimming.

They left old equipment at our home. I called twice to remind them and they finally said they no longer used it. It is still at my home about 6 months later and evidently I'm expected to dispose of it for them.

I definitely would recommend them for those who want trees removed. They are affordable and friendly. For pruning, I think I will try to find a person with knowledge of tree health, not just someone with a chainsaw to chop it off. That is no criticism of Beaver, who are very good at what they do, have a chainsaw and are willing to chop-chop anytime.

As tree-services go, these guy are "tops" (pun intended).
