UNETHICAL! March 2009- These guys pretended to give me the best service, but in reality it was well under par.
The Good-
Jimmy did a great job on the automotive work end. He fixed my car within 24 Hrs - granted it was only a minor job.
The Bad-
Mel and a few other guys were on the business front. They intentionally overcharged me $100 on a few parts. Four Glow Plugs (for a diesel) that should've cost $80 wound up costing nearly $180.
How do I know this? - I simply called NAPA, where they claimed to get the parts, and I asked them how much they cost ($20). Anderson's paid no supplementary service fees. These guys probably were able to get these parts even cheaper than I was! While they do have a business to run, they are foolish to overcharge their customers so BLATANTLY and DISRESPECTFULLY.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - If you must go, like I did, press them on the price of parts and labor before they start working on your car.
