HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!: Although the driving instructor is certainly competent and pleasant to do business with, his office staff is unprofessional, rude, uncooperative and childish! Further, they assert that they do everything to make the experience easy, but will only call the night before to tell you when you are scheduled(meaning you put your life on hold for an appontment) or they tell you they are not sure when they will be able to schedule you. This situation was completely unsatisfactory for us. It meant that our child had to put their life on hold waiting for the school to call and many times they did not. Inconsistent scheduling and lack of cooperation made this a business I would not recommend.
