User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsManager's Mistake-Bad Customer Service: I was in this branch on April 5, 2006 (around 12:45-1:00). I gave the teller some cash which included 3 $100 dollar bills. Once I was in my car I realized that the amount that was deposited was incorrect. I call and spoke with the manager (Ms. Kenney) and she explained that she would have that teller count her money at the end of the day. I believe the tellers money should have been counted at that moment, by the manager. This is a good example of poor customer service. Because of this I had to deposit an extra $100 into the account...to ensure the correct amount was in the account. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
