User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called to see if they had an acoustic guitar bag before actually taking the time to go to the store. They told me that they had what I needed, but when I got there an hour later they said they didn't actually have one in stock, but that they could order one for me. Yea, right, took my business somewhere else that's for sure.

Wow... I believe this was a pretty arrogant response. You can't comment on the franchise itself, just the employees. I am an avid guitar player and I believe that this store is mediocre at best, but I wouldn't give it a one based on a guitar bag availability. They were offering you a service ordering another bag out of courtesy and this can be viewed as a slap to the face. Arrogance is not a positive trait to have when commenting on the store itself.
