    The service when one PURCHASES a tire is exemplary. However, I bought 4 tires 6 months ago; one went flat as a result of the way Burnett-White installed the tire on the rim (independent assessment prior to approaching Burnett-White) and now they refuse to replace the tire. Not only refusing but absolutely RUDE about it and tried to sell me a new tire. Get this: at first they denied selling it!
