   Whitestone competed against two other contractors in 2005 and was selected to build a screen porch/hip roof, deck, stone patio and roofing for the porch and the entire house. My original plans called for more decking than patio and while into framing the porch, Whitestone agreed to a change to convert part of the exposed deck to a patio without additional charges for the mid-stream change. Actually, cost of materials was less and was passed on to us.
   
   Whitestone removed the existing deck and completed the entire project on-time and on-budget in spite of my tweaks. Materials included: Timbertech flooring, WeatherBest rails, EP Henry and Azek trim.
   
   We used Whitestone again to complete the last phase of our master plan in Fall 2007 featuring a custom designed EP Henry stone grill platform and patio.
   
   Whitestone's post installation response is excellent. We had an problem pertaining to a small area of the the porch roof cap that was fixed and some settling under an area of the stone patio that was fixed.
