What a great marine hardware store!: We discovered this great little marine hardware store on a recent cruise to Crisfield. Not only is it a picturesque little store looking as if we were right back in a store from the 1950's, but the owner Mike is very friendly and prides himself on finding that hard-to-get marine part for you. And to boot there is free coffee to make one feel right at home as you listen to the stories of the watermen when they stop in. The store also has free WiFi service so we could get our email. This store was a wonderful discovery of America long ago. The store is right on Main Street just a block from the City Dock and a couple of blocks walking distance from the Somers Cove Marina. The store is in the historic old U. S. Customs House building from when Crisfield was an international port of entry for ships.
