We were in Ocean City from Wednesday to Yesterday and ate dinner at Captain's Galley every night. We have eaten there for 20 years and this year it was a huge disappointment. The lettuce in the salad bar was wilted and brown and the pasta salad had a funny taste. Then there were their World Famous Crabcakes. We would drive 200 miles each way just to eat those delicious crabcakes. Well no more, there are big chunks of something in them, but it sure did not look or taste like crabmeat. You could not flake it. I am not sure what it was but it was not the normal delicious Captain Galley's crabcakes that we came to love. Every night the vegetable was asparagus. Paper napkins now too. They raised the prices quite a bit from last summer but the food quality went way down too. Next summer when we go back to Sunfest, we will be finding other restaurants and forgetting Captain's Galley

This is truelly an excellent choice for on the water dining.. casual or formal... casual with crablegs and such a more bar restaurant with wooden tables atmiosphere is upstairs.. and lin en and fine china and candlelight is downstairs a dressier type lunch or dinner.. amazing would highly recommend!!!!!
